A very small amount of ApaCare Repair gel (lentil-sized) is needed for each tooth.\nInsert the filled ApaCare dental trays.\nWe recommend using them 1-2 times a day for 15 minutes.\nAfter use, we do not recommend rinsing your mouth with water. A better result will be achieved if you simply leave the remaining ApaCare Repair gel on your teeth and in your oral cavity. After each use, thoroughly rinse the ApaCare dental trays with cold water and store them in their storage box.\n\nBefore using for the first time, follow these steps to customize the tray shape:\n\nBoil 2 glasses of water and pour the boiling water into a larger container. Then add 1 glass of cold water. This will bring the water temperature in the container to approximately 80 degrees Celsius.\nHold the trays by the holder and immerse them in the water. Then gently move them and keep them in the water for 15-20 seconds.\nAfter removing the trays from the water, lightly shake the water out of them. Then place the trays on your teeth. Press the trays against your teeth from all sides with your fingers to replicate the shape of your teeth in the trays.\nStrongly suck out any remaining water from the trays. Then leave the trays in your mouth for 1 minute. After that, carefully pull the trays away from your teeth a few times and re-apply them. This will ensure that the trays do not become too tight.\nAfter approximately 2 minutes, remove the trays from your mouth and rinse them with cold water. Then you can cut off the tray holder and any excess material with scissors for more comfortable use.
