Then add 1 glass of cold water. This will make the water temperature in the container approximately 80 degrees Celsius.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n \t\u003cli\u003eHold the trays by the handle and immerse them in the water. Then gently move them and keep them in the water for 15-20 seconds.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n \t\u003cli\u003eAfter removing the trays from the water, lightly shake the water out of the trays. Then place the trays on your teeth. Press the trays with your fingers from all sides against your teeth to replicate the shape of your teeth in the trays.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n \t\u003cli\u003eStrongly suck out any remaining water from the trays. Then leave the trays in your mouth for 1 minute. After that, carefully pull the trays away from your teeth a few times and put them back on. Then you can cut off the tray handle and excess material with scissors for more comfortable use.
